Sunshine

We awoke to sunshine streaming in the window this morning.  This is unusual for two reasons.
The first you are aware of .  Sunshine is rare this spring.  The second reason is that by this time of year we should be up, out of bed, and working as the sun is coming over the horizon.  Time spent in the fields this spring has been as rare as the sun.  Maybe this is a harbinger of things to come.  The locust trees are blooming.  The old timers said that was the signal to plant corn.  Oh well....(refer to May 14th blog).  We'll keep our heads up and get done what we can.
